  • A depth of Foundation breeding as well as being homozygous for color production is to this young mares's benefit! There is also a high probability that she shuffles (I'm no expert), an additional positive in my breeding program for the athletic, smooth-riding trail and performance horse. I was initially drawn to Jessie because she carries the same bloodlines as one of my Dad's horses, and she goes back to the Appaloosa stud ridden by John Wayne in the movie El Dorado. Jessie is a living memorial, and will carry these memories forward. She carries the bloodlines of Navajo's Candy, Toby II's Patchy, Rainbow Rex, Barely Bright, Eureka Red, and Revel Junior. Her quiet, friendly disposition and her color package, as well as her shuffle, guarantees a place in my herd for years to come.
