"Rent A Mare" program...
My mares are willing to make themselves available for any breeding arrangement you desire! I have carefully selected each mare in my broodmare band for conformation, disposition, working bloodlines, as well as Appaloosa color and pattern genetics. The majority of my mares go back to well-known foundation bloodlines.
I am willing to coordinate breeding arrangements with your choice of studs (Appaloosa, Quarter Horse, etc), or with my own stud.

    Costs/Benefits of Service:
  • $250 Reservation Fee (non-refundable, due upon contract signing)
  • $300 My Stud Fee (discounted RAM program)/ You pay this separately with any outside stallion owner
  • $400 Care and Nurturing thru Birth and Weaning (1/2 due upon pregnancy verification, balance due 60 days later)
  • Free Service Fees! - Cost of pregnancy verification tests, normal immunizations, wormings, farrier fees, etc.
  • No Labor Required! - I take care of the feeding, the vet checks, the farrier visits... Voluntary help is never turned away though!
  • Free Visitation rights! - Coordinate a visit to check on your "Momma in Waiting" and/or Foal anytime prior to birth/weaning! Immediate call upon birth! Foals are weaned approximately 5 months later.
  • Free projected color/pattern forecast! - I will provide my best guess based on the genetic information available to me. No guarantee on the accuracy of my crystal ball or the gender!
  • Foal Registration - I will only guarantee the foal is registerable if you use my ApHC stallion. All outside stallions will need to be DNA certified through ApHC prior to foal registration (your responsibility to check/ensure).
